Blue Cheese Pinwheels Recipe

   Separate dough on floured surface to make 4 rectangles.

   (Healthy pinch together at perforations.)

   Spread mayonnaise on each rectangle.

   Sprinkle each with blue cheese.

   Roll up rectangle starting at long end.

   Seal edge, healthy pinch and tuck ends.

   Slice rolls into 1/4 inch sections.

   Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till lightly brown.

   Cold and serve.

    NOTE: Grated cheese and thinly sliced pepperoni can be substituted for blue cheese and mayonnaise.
