Blue Cheese Ham And Apple Salad Recipe

   Roll cheese into small balls dice ham into half inch cubes and chop green pepper.

   Leaving skin on dice apples and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discolouration.

   Wash the lettuce and use to line serving dish.

   Mix together ham apple and cheese and pile into serving dish.

5. 5

   Sprinkle over the green pepper and either pour on the French dressing or possibly serve the dressing with the salad.
