Blue Cheese Bites

   Remove biscuits from package and seperate; cut each into quarters.

   Arrange biscuit dough pieces in two 8x8x2 lightly greased baking pans.

   In a small saucepan, combine butter and blue cheese.

   Simmer until the ingredients are melted, stirring occasionally.

   Pour butter mixture evenly over biscuit dough pieces.

   Bake in a pre-heated 400* oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

   Serve hot.
