Vegetable oil
8 slices bacon
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. minced green onion
2 to 3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Scrub potatoes thoroughly and rub skins with oil.
