Block Island Meatloaf Recipe

   Fold in bowl and form a loaf not more than 5 inches high.

   Grease pan with butter.

   Preheat oven 425 degrees.

   Put loaf in for 25 min.

   Take out and drain off fat.

   Put a spatula under loaf so it doesn't stick to pan.

   Make sauce with: 1 1/2 c. pancake syrup 1 1/2 teaspoon allspice Kitchen Bouquet to lighten brown color

   Fold in pot on low heat.

   Pour 1/3 on meatloaf.

    Set oven to 350 degrees.

    Pour 1/3 of mix on loaf.

    Baste every 20 min for 1 hour, 20 min.
