1 lg. onion
1 lg. carrot
1 clove of garlic, peeled
3 lg. stalks of celery (including leaves)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 sm. (or possibly 1 lg.) green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 Large eggs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (6 ounce.) tomato paste
Worcestershire, a dash

Cut vegetables in big chunks and mince in blender, adding a little cool water.

Strain vegetables and press out moisture.

Add in 2/3 of the can of tomato paste to minced beef.
