Blanc Manger With Almonds, Strawberry Coulis

   Soften the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water.

   In a saucepan, heat the cream and almond syrup to boiling.

   Turn off the heat, add the gelatin, and stir well.

   Pour into silicone molds or glasses. Let thicken for at least 4 hours in a cool place.

   With a blender, reduce strawberries (with sugar) to liquid. Set aside.

   Present on a flat plate, with the grout and spiced biscuit crumbs.
