   coat chicken in blackened seasoning

   olive oil pan heat pan

   boil noodles

   rest chicken breast

   blanch noodles in ice water bath

   pour heavy cream in pan

   reduce to half pour in cheese stir steadily

   once the sauce is complete mix in noodles

   add seasonings of your choice

    Plate noodles and sauce mixture slice chicken on a bias and fan out over pasta
