Preheat oven to 350 F.

Heat brown sugar and 2 Tbsp.

butter in an 8- or possibly 9 inch round pan or possibly iron skillet over medium heat.

Add in berries and cook, stirring till mix bubbles.

Add in 3/4 c. of the sugar and crush berries slightly.

Cook for 5 min, and then remove from heat and set aside.

Mix 1/2 c. butter and remaining sugar (1 c.) till light.

Blend in Large eggs.

Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt together and add in alternately with lowfat milk to creamed butter/sugar mix.

Add in vanilla.

Pour batter over cooked fruit in pan and bake for 35 to 40 min.

Let stand in pan till lukewarm, then run knife around edge of pan and turn onto a large plate.

Do not let it get too cold or possibly it wont come out of the pan!

Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
