Place the blackberries, lemon juice, pectin powder and 2 cups sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 15 mins. Remove from heat and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, milk, oil, 1/3 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the baking powder with 2 1/2 cups flour and stir into the mascarpone mixture in batches. Knead until smooth, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 400u00b0F. Grease an 11 x 15 inch cake pan. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a 11 x 15 inch rectangle and lay in the pan. Add the blackberries, then top with the crumble. Bake for 20 mins.
