Blackberry And Vanilla Ice Cream Soda (Summer Girl Soda) Recipe

   Press Blackberries through a sieve over a bowl; throw away seeds.

   Combine Blackberry pulp and sugar; stir well.

   Divide the Blackberry mix proportionately among 4 parfait glasses.

   Spoon 1 tbsp ice cream into each glass; stir well.

   Stir 2 tbsp club soda into each glass.

   Spoon 1/4 c. ice cream, 1/4 c. Blackberry sherbet and 1/4 c. orange sherbet into each glass; pour 1/4 c. club soda over sherbets.
