Black forest trifle

   Pour the cherries into the bottom of a medium sized bowl

   Cut up the sponge cake and create a layer on top of the cherries (see my other recipies for how to make a chocolate sponge)

   Pour the chocolate custard over the sponge layer

   Whip the cream together with the sugar

5. 5

   With a piping bag (optional) carefully add the cream as the top layer

6. 6

   Grate your chocolate and sprinkle over the top
