3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 t. baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa

2/3 cup oil
2 T. vinegar

Place cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt in bowl, mix well.

(It's OK for cream cheese to be in small lumps as cheese will melt) Stir in chocolate chips, set aside.

Beat all remaining ingredients until blended.

Bake in oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Check after 20 minutes, cream cheese should be white in color- not brown.
