1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Heat oil in heavy ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat.
