2/3 cups Baking Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 sticks Softened Butter
2/3 cups Brown Sugar
3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 whole Eggs
1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips

1. Preheat your at 350 F and lay parchment paper down on two baking sheets.

2. In a medium sized bowl sift together your flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large mixing bowl cream together your butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Slowly add your flour mixture and mix to combine. Then fold in your white and milk chocolate chips.

3. Drop by the tablespoon onto your prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Remove pan from oven and set on a cooling rack to cool for a few minutes before moving the cookies to the rack to finish cooling.
