3/4 cup milk, heated to boiling
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1/4 cup cold milk
1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

Spread marshmallow cream or scatter marshmallows over bottom of prepared crust.

In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold milk.

Process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
