Bistro Alfredo Sauce

   Melt butter in large saute pan on medium heat.

   Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.

   or until garlic is golden brown.

   Stir in flour with wire whisk until well blended; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.

   Reduce heat to low.

   Gradually add cream and milk, stirring constantly.

   Stir in chicken base.

   Bring to boil; cook until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.

   Add Bistro Sauce, cheese and pepper; cook and stir until cheese is melted.
