1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
2
Brown the sausage in a cast iron skillet over medium heat (this is my favorite way to brown any type of meat).
3
Meanwhile, grease a 9 x 13 pan and open your can of biscuits. Tear your biscuits into pieces and place them in the bottom of your greased pan. Spacing doesn't have to be perfect. When sausage is done, drain the grease and spoon sausage on top of the biscuits.
4
In a small bowl mix the eggs with the milk and pour on top of the biscuits and sausage. Next, sprinkle on the cheese.
5
Bake at 350 F for about 35-40 minutes or until pieces of the biscuits are golden brown and it's cooked through. Remove from oven.
6
Meanwhile. prepare the sausage gravy mix according to package directions to get a thickened gravy. Pour this over the top of the casserole and enjoy!! Leave some gravy aside on the table in case anyone wants extra!
