1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 (4 oz.) jar baby food strained applesauce

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Beat eggs and gradually add sugar and mix well.

Add salad oil and blend in.

Sift all dry ingredients. Combine (3) baby foods in bowl, alternating dry ingredients and baby food to egg and sugar mix.

Pour in greased and floured jelly roll size pan.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
