Melt Chocolate & Butter over low heat, stirring constantly.

Pour into large bowl

add all ingredients one at a time mixing well each time.

pour into floured cake pans

bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes, or untill knife comes out clean after you stick it in the center.

For Frosting: melt butterscotch morsals & butter, add flour slowley stirring constantly untill you get the thickness you want, spread over cooled cake.
