3 heads Bibb lettuce

1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 anchovies in oil, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove, peeled
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan

To make croutons, cut the sliced bread into quarters.

Transfer to a bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
