   mix milk water and butter then heat until the mixture reaches 130F.

   add yeast to the milk mixture.

   add flour and mix until thoroughly combined.

   knead for 5 min add flour as needed until the dough is no longer sticky.

   let rise 15 min in 170F oven.

   divide into 6 rolls in muffin pan.

   let rise 15 more minutes

   bake 12 min at 425F.
