Best Meat Loaf

   Mix ground beef, bell pepper, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Then add cracker crumbs.

   Mix milk, eggs and 1 can tomato sauce in a bowl and then pour into the meat mixture.

   Take half grated cheese and mix with meat.

   Form loaf with meat mixture.

   Pour remaining can of tomato sauce on top of loaf when the loaf is well done.

   Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top of loaf.

   Remove from oven when cheese is melted.
