Best Cheese Ball in the Universe

   Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well until you can't see pieces of the cream cheese and is all one color.

   Set aside.

   Shred all of the chipped beef (I use a food processor).

   Mix half of the shredded beef in with the other ingredients.

   Put on party tray and top with the remaining shredded beef.
