   Fix the meat according to the directions on the burrito package.

   Place prepared meat in the middle of a large flour tortilla.

   Put a tablespoon of the enchilada sauce down the center of the burrito.

   Place the desired amount of cheese on the meat. Fold the burrito shut and place in the microwave for 20 seconds, just enough time to slightly melt the cheese.
