1) Preheat oven to 350 F 2) Filling: Combine fruit in a 13x9 inch baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray. 3) Sprinkle 2/3 C granulated sugar, 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch, lemon juice, and 1/8 tsp salt over fruit. Toss gently to combine. 4) Topping: lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup level with knife. Combine with 1/4 C granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp cornstarch, baking powder, and 1/8 tsp salt. Cut butter into flour mix with pastry blender or 2 knives until it resembles coarse meal. Add half and half, gently knead dough just until moistened. Drop dough by spoonfuls evenly over top of filling. 5) Combine Almonds, turbinado sugar and egg white. Sprinkle evenly over the top. 6) Bake at 350 for 50 mins or until browned. Let stand 10 mins. Serve with ice cream
