Berry Good Hawaiian Upside Down Cheesecake

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Butter a 9-inch pie pan.

   Combine the crushed cookies with the melted butter and mix well.

   Set aside.

   Spoon the blueberry pie filling into the prepared pie pan. Combine all the remaining ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until well blended.

   Spoon over the blueberry pie filling and top with the cookie crumbs.

   Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cheesecake is set in center.

   Cool.

   When ready to serve, spoon into small dessert bowls and top with a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip, if desired.
