Bell Pepper Egg Nest

   1.Wash the Bell Peppers and cut them into equal halves. Remove the seeds and set them aside.

   2.Wash the sausages and cut them into very thin rounds. Fry them in a pan with the oil along with the onions and tomatoes until they are cooked. ( Should take about 6 to 7 minutes ). You could add salt and pepper to this mixture.

   3.Make four equal portions and slowly scoop the mixture and place them in the Bell peppers.

   4.Crack an egg in each of the bell pepper halves and slowly place them on a Baking tray.

   5.Preheat the oven at 180 C/ 350 F and bake them for 30 to 35 minutes.

   6.Add some salt and pepper on top of the egg.
