1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes

Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, meal, seasonings, milk and egg; blend well.
