pork (ribs or roast)
2 carrots, cubed
1 can shredded beets
4 potatoes, cubed
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 onion
5 slices bacon

Put pork in pot; cover with water.
