Beer Cheese Pretzel Dog

   Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

   Combine beer, mustard, butter, red pepper and pepper in 1-quart saucepan.

   Cook over medium-high heat, stirring with whisk, until mixture just comes to a boil.

   Reduce heat to medium; add cheese.

   Continue cooking until cheese is melted and smooth.

   Keep warm.

   Place hot dogs onto grill.

   Grill, turning occasionally, 5-9 minutes or until heated through and grill marks show.

   Place hot dogs into pretzel buns; top each with 2 tablespoons cheese sauce.

    Sprinkle with popcorn, if desired.

    Serve with remaining cheese sauce for dipping.
