Beefy Spanish Rice Recipe

   Cook rice according to package directions.

   Fluff and set aside.

   Brown grnd beef with onion, green pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.

   Drain fat.

   Add in cooked rice and mix.

   Add in tomato sauce till desired mix of sauce to rice is achieved.

   The consistency can be fairly dry or possibly fairly moist, depending on amount of tomato sauce used.

   Add in warm pepper sauce slowly till you have desired degree of hotness.

   Add in more salt and pepper as needed.
