Beefy Rice Casserole

   Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper.

   Drain.

   Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

   In casserole, put 1 cup of rice on bottom, then hamburger, onion and green pepper on top of the rice.

   Pour consomme and mushroom soup over all.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or microwave for 40 minutes in covered casserole.
