Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 cup dry green lentils, sorted and rinsed; 1 small onion diced; 4 garlic cloves minced; 2 medium red potatoes diced; 2 carrots peeled and diced; 1 celery stalk diced; 1 can petite diced tomatoes; 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce; 1 beef boulion cube; 1 tomato boulion cube; 1 dash of worchesire sauce; 1 dried oregano to taste; 1 season salt to taste; 1 ground black pepper to taste; 6 cup water; 2 dash sugar; 1 olive oil

Servings: persons

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup dry green lentils, sorted and rinsed
1 small onion diced
4 garlic cloves minced
2 medium red potatoes diced
2 carrots peeled and diced
1 celery stalk diced
1 can petite diced tomatoes
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 beef boulion cube
1 tomato boulion cube
1 dash of worchesire sauce
1 dried oregano to taste
1 season salt to taste
1 ground black pepper to taste
6 cup water
2 dash sugar

Saute onion and garlic in a little olive oil just until onions are translucent.

Add meat, worchesire, season salt, and pepper.

Cook until meat is done then drain.

Wipe excess oil from pot then put meat.mixture back in.

Add lentils, potatoes, carrots, celery, tomatoes, tomato sauce, bullion cubes oregano, sugar, and water.

Stir everything until mixed well and bring to a boil.

Cut heat down, cover and simmer until all veggies are tender.
