Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef; ½ cup chopped onion; 1 (14 ounce) candiced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained (I usually use Rotel); 1 -2 canned chipotle chile in adobo, chopped; ½ teaspoon reserved adobo sauce; 1 tablespoon chili powder; 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin; 1 teaspoon ground oregano; 2 large garlic cloves, crushed; ¼ teaspoon salt; ¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced; 10 soft taco flour tortillas, warmed; shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sliced green onions, sour cream, sliced black olives, diced avocado

Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned
