Beef With Mushroom Gravy Recipe

   You will be wrapping the roast in foil.

   Use wide foil to contain the mushroom soup.

   Place foil and roast in roasting pan.

   Add in the mushroom soup.

   Don't add in water.

   Close the foil around the roast so which the soup won't cook away.

   The roast and soup should be completely enclosed in foil.

   Roast at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
