Beef Tips & Rice

   Brown beef tips in small amount of oil in skillet over high heat.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   When well browned lower heat and add 1 cup water and bouillon.

   Cover and simmer for 2 hours.

   Add sliced onion and pepper.

   Cook 15 minutes longer.

   Serve over rice.
