Beef Tenderloin With Port-Balsamic Sauce

   Boil port and white wine in heavy small pan until mixture reduce to 2/3 cup 8 min. set aside

   sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper

   Dust with flour. Melt 1 tbs. butter with oil in heavy skillet over med. high heat

   Add steaks. Cook to done. 4min. per side for med. rare Tranfer to plate and tent with foil. Don't clean skillet

   Add port and balsamic mixture to skillet , bring to a boil while scraping up any browned bits

   Boil until reduced to sauce consistency-about 2 min.

   Remove from heat and add 2 tbs. of butter. Whisk until melted. Season to taste and pour over steaks
