   place Beef Tenderloin in a large baggie or marinating dish

   mix one jar of sweet and sour with the same amount of soy sauce(fill the sweet and sour jar with soy sauce)

   pour over tenderloin

   Marinate overnight

   next day:

   let the tenderloin get to room temperature-take it out of the refrigerator 4 to 6 hours before cooking, still marinating.

   preheat oven to 450

   take out of the marinade and place in a foil wrapped pan.

   cook for 45 min-let sit for 10 minutes
