Beef Taco Pie

   In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the salsa, taco seasoning and pepper. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

   In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and biscuit mix just until combined; pour over cheese. Bake at 400u00b0 for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
