2 tbsp. butter
8 ounce. mushrooms, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
Warm cooked noodles or possibly rice

Cut beef across grain into strips, 1 1/2 x 1/2 inches.
