Salt; 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine; 1 3 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, drained; 1/2 chopped Onion; 1 clove of Garlic, minced; 1 Tbsp. of Tomato Paste; 1 10 ounce can of Beef Broth; 1 cup Sour Cream; Hot Buttered Noodles (Egg Noodles)

1- 1 1/2 pounds Sirloin Steak cut in thin strips
4 Tbsp. all-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 3 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 chopped Onion
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. of Tomato Paste
1 10 ounce can of Beef Broth
1 cup Sour Cream
Hot Buttered Noodles (Egg Noodles)

Boil noodles.

Coat beef strips with 1 Tbsp. of flour and salt. Brown beef strips quickly in 1 Tbsp. butter in skillet.

Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic, cook until onion gets tender, 3-4 minutes.

Remove from pan.

Add 2 Tbsp. butter to pan drippings, blend in 3 Tbsp. flour, add tomato paste.

Stir in beef broth. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

Add meat to skillet, stir in sour cream.

Cook slowly until heated, do not boil.
