3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. minced onion
2 x cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp beef-flavored bouillon granules
1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3 c. warm cooked noodles (cooked without salt or possibly fat)
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Trim fat from steak; partially freeze steak.

Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips, and set aside.

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat till warm.

Add in steak, mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute/fry till steak and vegetables are tender.

Drain; wipe drippings from pan.

Combine bouillon granules and warm water; set aside.

Heat margarine in skillet over low heat; add in flour, stirring till smooth.

Cook about 1 minute; stir constantly.

Gradually add in bouillon mix; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk till thickened.
