Beef Stroganoff – a delicious recipe with thin strips, Onion, Butter, Olive oil, stock, Sour cream. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

24 oz Beef Steak, thin strips
2 tbsp Onion, finely grated or diced
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2 cup Beef stock
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp White pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
10 oz Mushrooms
1 cup Steamed vegetables
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Heat heavy pan with olive oil, add beef and onion and fry to color.

Add mushroom dijon and stir.

Combine sour cream, paprika, pepper and salt.

Slowly stir sour cream mixture into beef and mustard mixture.

Cover with stock, bring to boil.

Simmer for about 15 to 20 mins or until meat is tender.

Simmer for a further 5 mins and serve over steamed vegetables
