2 Tbsp. diet margarine
1 large can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can beef broth
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. water

Cut steak into 1/2-inch strips.
