Beef Stroganoff

   Melt butter or margarine in electric skillet.

   Saute green onions and fresh mushrooms.

   Remove onion and mushrooms.

   Brown cubed round steak in the skillet used for onion and mushrooms. Cover with water and add 1 bouillon cube.

   Simmer one hour on very low heat.

   Remove meat, thicken remaining liquid with cornstarch.
