dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 to 3 Tbsp. catsup
1 can consomme
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 to 2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sour cream

Cut fat off meat.

Place on wax paper.

Pound flour mixed with salt and pepper with a mallet.

Cut into bite pieces and brown in butter (melted).
