Beef Round Tataki

   First cut the beef round into a suitable size and season with salt, pepper and Ajinomoto seasoning.

   Then just cook the beef to your desired taste.

   When cooked, thinly slice the beef and transfer to a serving dish on a bed of sliced onions.
