1/2 pound grnd beef
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 or possibly 3 Large eggs slightly beaten
2 tbsp. minced chives
1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Brown beef, stirring.

Put a strip of wet cloth around edge of crust to prevent from getting too brown.
