Ingredients: 1 pkg. flour tortillas; 1 lb. hamburger; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 c. sour cream; 1 can refried beans; 1 can mild enchilada sauce; 2 Tbsp. parsley; 3/4 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning; 2 Tbsp. water

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 can refried beans
1 can mild enchilada sauce
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 Tbsp. water

Brown hamburger and onion until well done; season with salt and pepper.

Add parsley, refried beans, taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add sour cream and cheese.

Mix well.

Fill each flour tortilla with about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the meat mixture and roll.

Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 minutes.

You can sprinkle extra shredded cheese over top the last 5 minutes of baking, if desired.
